what the real "watts" is for my power supply? it is supposed to be a 400 watt power supply but i am unsure on how to calculate or look on the label to figure out what its real output is.can anyone...

I got a 400-watt power supply but when I did the math to figure out its real watts its over 400, 444 i think is what i got.+3.3V=28A (92.4w) +5.0V=30A (150w) +12V=15A (180w) -5.0V=0.5a (2.5w)...

You math is basically correct, but:The "400watt" number is only a theoretical number. If you put the maximum specified load on all lines at the same time, you can't draw 400watts from it. It's easy to...
